First, a mini Post Graduation rant from moi 🙂

I am stuck in between wanting to rattle off all of my accomplishments and not saying anything at all. I thought I’d feel a greater sense of accomplishment, but I have to say that graduation has felt underwhelming at best. I wished I could explain to everyone how hard I fought to be here, over coming everything that I have. I wish any person could understand the things that i’ve witnessed, the things i’ve endured, all of the horrific things that i’ve constantly put out of my mind and over came just to get the same piece of paper that the sons and daughters of privilege had gotten. It’s a hollow feeling if i’m being honest. It feels empty and superficial to walk across a stage and receive the same reward, the same congratulations, the same honors knowing that the efforts and sacrifices of everyone there differ so drastically.
So what now? Four years of memories and a degree that hasn’t even come in the mail yet. I still have no idea how to multiply my own wealth and I have gone through 4 years of education and paid over $20,000 to learn how I can best serve someone else. My degree has raised the value of what I can to to raise someone else’s passive income. I’ve learned how to better serve someone else’s needs, work on someone else’s dreams.
I’m trying to drown out the background noise of everyone’s advice. I’m trying to find silence amidst the bills, the expectations, the advice, the opinions and its hard. Trying to sort out what I want to make of myself is incredibly difficult. Coming to terms with my capacity to work and focus diligently has been discouraging to say the least.
Do I organize my next potential business venture? Do I focus on relaying the foundations and rewiring the way that I think? Who knows at this point?
Well if you know me at all, then you know my solution to everything… I’m leaving the country.

I’m running away to Costa Rica.
I’ve always had a calling to Costa Rica. I would have these reoccurring visions about blue water and light brown sand. Nothing in the vision would indicate that it was Costa Rica, but some how i just knew.
Now don’t worry, I loved college. I had experiences I wouldn’t trade for the world. I’ve learned so many things that have helped me communicate and construct what it is that I want to contribute to the world. My time at UT Austin taught me so much about myself and about pushing the limits of my own mind and my own will.
In summary, I know who I am (well for the most part), I’m just wondering where i’ll go.
